On the other hand, public transit users may experience few choices in Agate Beach by reason of the service's low frequency. Nevertheless, the neighborhood is linked by a few bus lines, and it is very easy to get to a nearby bus stop from most homes. The bicycle is a rather poor mode of transportation in this part of Newport because cyclists are faced with quite a few hills, and there are few bike lanes. Thankfully, there is a moderately high density of cyclists. Traveling as a pedestrian is also not very convenient for house buyers in Agate Beach as very few day-to-day needs can be met without the use of a car.
