Driving is an excellent transportation option in this part of the Albuquerque metropolitan area. It is especially convenient to park. Although cyclists do not face significant hills, Adelino is not very bike-friendly as the cycling network is not very comprehensive. This part of the Albuquerque metropolitan area is also not very suitable for pedestrians since almost no common errands can be run without a vehicle.

There are only a very small number of high schools and primary schools in Adelino and thus they can be a very long distance away. When it comes to eating, in vast majority cases, a car is needed to do groceries.
