This would make a great lake access lot for anyone on 2nd tier property or anyone who just wants to have a dock and be able to boat and fish. Per Ameren (who permits docks), the largest dock you could have would be 30 ft wide and extend no more than 100 ft into the cove. Drawings and documentation would have to be submitted prior to approval. If you need something smaller that would definitely work. Per Planning & Zoning, the lot is not big enough to build a home or any other building. Campers, RVs or trailers are not allowed to be placed on the property. It is located at the 45 mile marker where you can enjoy the lake.
