This lot contains several buildable locations and is a quick two-mile drive North to the town of Del Norte, CO. Here the panoramic view encompasses the mountains, valley, and visually interesting rock outcroppings. Natural grasses and evergreen trees dotting the landscape. A 45-minute drive will have you at Wolf Creek Ski Area. Fun isn’t in short supply in this part of Colorado.
