Growing up in Shelby, NC & LKN in the summers, Nita has witnessed firsthand the urban & economic transformation of these areas for over 50 years. As a true local, Nita utilizes her long term relationships and contacts to benefit her clients.
After co-owning and then moving to Sole-Owner/President of a 12M+ self-startup New Residential/Multi-Family/Commercial Plumbing Contracting Business in Charlotte & surrounding areas employing 80-100+ employees for 28 years, her company’s success was predicated on & recognized for its A+ Customer Service, Performance, & Delivery. She also Co-Owned & Operated a profitable Customer Home Building Company for 8 years and assisted in developing software for the Service/Construction/Manufacturing Industry that now has 5,000+ Customers during this same time.
Some of Nita’s community service consist of volunteering for the LKN YMCA, hosting/planning Golf Benefit Tournaments for 8+ years raising $25,000+ for children of a deceased employee as well as the LKN YMCA Star Fish Program where she has been awarded/recognized for her service to the community.

Nita and her husband, Joe, reside in Mooresville, have raised 6 children, have 4 grandchildren, & newly empty-nesters.
