Having worked with start-up companies as well longstanding domestic and international organizations, Ron has an exceptionally diverse background. Much of Ron’s success is built on his four guiding principles: in-depth product knowledge, placing his client’s needs above all else, insuring, integrity and honesty. While recognized as a “people person,” Ron’s mind for business is an exceptionally talented negotiator and competitive pricing analyst. Whether buying or selling a home, his values and communications with clients is his number one priority. Betty, a native of North Dakota, relocated to Arizona in 2001 after retiring from The Boeing Co. as a business analyst. Prior to entering the real estate business, Betty served as a financial analyst for McCarthy Building Co and Sun Belt Holdings LLC Land Development Co. She also holds the CMRS, Certified Military Residential Specialist Designation, which benefits those clients wishing to use their VA benefits.
