I have been a Full Time Realtor for 20 years and have joined efforts with my husband Zoltan to create a Dynamic Team that offers great experience and flexibility to our clients. We have lived and worked in the Tampa Bay area since 1989. I am a Certified Expert Negotiator CNE & Short Sale & Foreclosure Specialist (SFR) and enjoy giving back by helping those hit hard by the recession. Zoltan has achieved the Graduate, Realtor Institute (GRI) designation which is recognized nationwide as the gold standard for real estate educational achievement. Loyalty, Integrity and Honesty are the Character qualities that we value most. We are looking to cultivate more Clients for Life, by offering exceptional service, before, during and after the Sale. So much so that our business model depends on it. We do 98% of our business by Referral.
