About Me
Married with two children, I enjoy spending time with my family. I have clients and family in the Portland Metro area and surrounding cities, including Beaverton, Hillsboro, Tigard, Tualatin and Sherwood. Licensed since 2006, I have experienced all sorts of market conditions, and have built new homes. I love working with people. My goal is to make each transaction as enjoyable and stress-free as possible for each client.
Most of my business comes from a large loyal client base who refer friends and family, even after they have moved away from this area. My past clients contact me first when they need help with projects, repairs, or questions about home ownership -- long after the sale. I consider my clients my friends for life.
I stay abreast of changes in building codes, legal requirements, industry trends, materials, and technology... annually exceeding the continuing education hours required for licensing. I founded and lead a weekly mentoring group for other agents where we share experiences, discuss changes and challenges that come up, and assist new agents.
