"Your Homeward Bound Connection"
THE ZYGMUND and FERENTINO PARTNERSHIP
In 2015, Brenda Zygmund and Joe Ferentino decided to partner and combined their talents, experience and data bases in a 50/50 partnership. If a person is extremely lucky, outside of their social partner, they meet one person in a lifetime who shares the same goals, principles and work ethic. This is true of the business partnership of Zygmund and Ferentino. Brenda and Joe operate as “Your Homeward Bound Connection” within the RE/MAX New Beginnings organization. Their combined real estate awards include RE/MAX Hall of Fame award, NJAR Distinguished Service award, Executive Club award and NJAR Circle of Excellence award.
Prior to acquiring her Real Estate License in 1998, Brenda Graduated from St. Peter’s College in 3 ½ years with a BS in Business and a minor in Computer Science. She worked in the banking industry, first as a teller for Pamrapo Savings and Loan, then she was hired by National State Bank as a liaison for their computer department. After taking some time off to raise her family, she became licensed as a Real Estate agent in 1998. Realizing this was a fulfilling career, she took it to the next level and is now a licensed Broker/Salesperson. Throughout her career, she enjoyed training new agents, managing an office, but missed the interaction with the clients. As a result, she decided to reconnect with her true passion, helping others find their dream home.
When first licensed in real estate in 1971, Joe worked part time in the Monmouth County area where he resided while holding down a full time position as a hospital administrator with Mt. Sinai Medical Center, one of the most prestigious health care facilities in New York City. He was responsible for Human Resource Management and Labor Relations in a union active setting. At the same time, he and his wife owned and operated a small business in the Toms River area. Joe decided early in 2000 to concentrate solely on the one thing he loved best, real estate. He left the corporate world and sold his business.
He joined RE/MAX New Beginnings Realty in 2001 and became involved in all aspects of the industry including residential and commercial real estate.
He does not consider real estate a “job” but rather a passion and as such enjoys every minute of what he does. He treats every customer as he would want to be treated and to him, their goals are his goals, their needs, his needs and thus servicing them from first meeting to property closing is personal with Joe.
