Our Team Leader, Elaine Grill, formed the e-team in 2004 with the recognition that it takes all of us to do a good job for clients in the ever complicated home sale and purchase experience. Elaine oversees the Team and handles Pricing, Condition of Listings and Negotiation. Our team also includes Carolyn Wemp, Listing/Marketing Coordinator and Buyer’s Agent, Dave Mitroff, Buyer’s Agent, Bob Evans, Rental Specialist/Landlord Support and Julie Snider, Administrative Assistant/Transaction and Closing Coordinator. We believe in Excellence in our Systems, Accuracy, Deadlines Met and Follow-Up. We do what we promise and we strive to exceed your expectations.
