Lori Leahy was born in Canada and grew up in Minnesota. As an adult, she has lived in various parts of the US, as well as Guatemala. She moved to Alaska in 2005 to run a lodge, fell in love with our beautiful state, and decided to make her home in the Mat-Su Valley permanently.
Lori’s extensive business experience buying and selling properties for her own account, owning and operating several businesses, including running restaurants in rural Alaska has helped her define her successful real estate career in the past few years. Lori understands the priorities of her sellers and buyers. She has worked with a wide range of clients which has given her the experience in developing her salesmanship skills, versatility and a keen ability to negotiate on behalf of her clients.
She is a member of the Alaska and National Board of Realtors. Member of the Multiple Listing Service and working on her CRS designation (Certified Residential Specialist.)
Lori raised 3 children, 1 son and 2 daughters who graduated at Kenny Lake high school and are all college graduates. Her hobbies include gardening, bike riding, kayaking and she is also an avid oil painter!
