I have been a Realtor for nearly 30 years. Each year, as I reflect on how market conditions continually change, I am also reminded of how consumers' needs, goals and desire for quality service from their Realtor change as well. Despite what seems like the Internet's ability to provide all the answers', I believe that many people who want to buy and/or sell a home, still prefer personalized service. For example, a real person to talk to and to educate them, to answer questions, to provide guidance and help them through the many hurdles of a real estate transaction. That's why I refer to myself as a consultant - Your Personal Real Estate Consultant - someone you can depend on to provide you with expert advice, helpful support and the information you need to make well-informed decisions.
