Jim is also constantly improving his own skill-set by investing in himself through education and ongoing business coaching with the top coaches in North America.Prior to forming his real estate business in Steamboat Springs in 2005, Jim served as a consulting Hydrogeologist and Project Manager for Parsons Global Services, a legal services broker for a NYSE company and co-founded a cloud-based accounting software company in Boulder, CO.
