Thinkin' about sellin' or buyin'? Just call Karen Bryan!
Ever since touring open houses with my mom as a child, I’ve had an interest in real estate. Over the years I’ve enjoyed buying, selling and investing in houses, townhouses and land. I’ve owned new construction homes and “needs love” homes. I have my Seniors Real Estate Specialist Designation from the National Association of Realtors, meaning I've had the training necessary to counsel clients over age 50 through major financial and lifestyle transitions.
I’m a 1989 graduate of Texas A&M University (Gig ‘Em!). I’ve worked in the insurance industry defending homeowners from liability claims. I’ve volunteered for The Hills Church, Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, Grapevine/Colleyville PTSA, and Tarrant County College, along with other charities.
My most important job is as a wife and mom to 3 daughters. My oldest daughter is a behavioral specialist in Seattle. My middle daughter is a social work major at Abilene Christian University, and the youngest will be an architecture major at Texas A&M in the fall. We have two very spoiled rescue dogs, Lily and Pepper.
I’ve lived and worked in Tarrant County for over 27 years. I love the stockyards, Sundance Square and museums in Fort Worth; and Southlake Town Square, proximity to DFW Airport, and rural feel of Northeast Tarrant County. I enjoy traveling, reading, cooking, and quilting, but most of all I love looking at houses. I bring energy and knowledge of the area and real estate process to my clients.
