As I escaped from the war torn nation of Somalia in the early 1990s, I arrived into United States as a young man. After completing high school I worked hard and put myself through Highline Community college. After college I started volunteering in my community of Rainier Valley, a very multicultural neighborhood. The Rainier Valley neighborhood is America’s most diverse zip code, according to the United States Census Bureau.
Through high school and college I excelled at Track and Field. It is a passion I still hold on to. I still run for myself as I love it. One of my life’s highlights is that my first year at Highline I won the Northwest Athletic Association of Community Colleges half-mile. I also continue to maintain friendships from years back through my love of sports, and by getting together on a weekly basis to play basketball with a group of those friends.
Though all of my volunteering experiences I became aware how frustrating it is for people to find the right home in the right place and at the right price. Thus, I became determined to learn and educate myself, in order to help others go through the process of home buying or selling process in Metropolitan Seattle and the communities of the Puget Sound in the most seamless manner possible. I look forward to sharing sports stories with you while guiding you through the buying or selling process!
