Due to low inventory, we are in a Seller's market resulting in multiple offers. Keep in mind that sometimes the highest offer isn't your best offer, take the time to investigate and choose wisely. Don't settle!For Buyers, my focus is on finding you the right property and then making sure closing happens quickly and smoothly. I'll take care of everything, from finding your perfect home to handing you the keys. In our current Seller's market, I see a lot of "Buyer Fatigue," but don't worry--You can still prevail. It's possible to compete in a multiple-offer situation and NOT be the highest bidder, yet still prevail. Choose an agent who understands both the Selling and Buying side of the process, someone committed to maximizing your net.
