Originally from Long Island NY my passion for real estate was developed at an early age. As a child, my parents would drive through neighborhoods, go to open houses and search for homes, and call agent’s signs with a dream of one day owning a home on the hill that overlooked the Long Island Sound in a heavily wooded area for privacy. My parents would ask for input and involve me in their dream. Who knew weekend rides would develop a passion and turn into a career in real estate. I moved to Arizona over 20 years ago due to the fact I decided attend ASU and become a member of the ASU football team. I can remember my first time I strolled down palm walk in December I thought I died and went to heaven. I said to myself “this place is unbelievable, it’s Club Med with books!” While in school I recognized the value of real estate. Owning a home wasn’t just about creating lifelong memories with family and friends it was a wise investment. In fact, it is truly my belief owning a home with a long-term approach is the first step to realizing financially stability. After I graduated with a finance degree from ASU I was in the service business for many years. As I bought and sold homes for my own portfolio I decided to pursue a career in real estate. My competitive nature combined with passion and excitement has translated well. I am a proud father of two daughters and my family is truly my heart’s desire and motivation!
