I have been working in residential real estate for 16 years now after a successful 16 year career in technology sales. I enjoy working everyday for myself and for my clients. I truly enjoy the satisfaction of helping clients buying a house or selling their home so that they can start a new chapter in their lives. While the market continues to improve, there are still lots of challenges facing both buyer and sellers. For buyers it's historically low inventories, then once you find your "home of choice" the potential of having to compete with other buyers for that house. For sellers it's how to get your house to stand out of the clutter in the market so that buyers will want to compete for your house. Over the past several years i have refined strategies to help buyers differentiate themselves from other buyers and sellers to show case their homes like "model homes" so that buyers want to compete for the right to purchase their home.
While I continue to focus on strengthening my relationships with my past clients, sphere of influence and providing superior service to my current clients to earn a higher percentage of referred business. It's implementing these buyer and seller strategies, that I am proudest to say, have allowed me to maintain over an 85 percent of total sales from a referred source while increasing the overall number of referrals by 28 percent over the last three years. To me there is not better way to judge the service that you provide to others then if they would do business with you again or recommend a friend.
