Reliable broker who is excited to help buyers and sellers achieve their dreams!
Carrie Soto earned her Colorado Real Estate Broker’s license in 2003 after attending the American Real Estate College. At that time, she was also starting a new career in the Mortgage Field Servicing industry. She worked in both fields simultaneously for the next eleven years.
While serving as the Director of American Property Management which employed ten property preservation crews and serviced the Front Range of Colorado, southeast Wyoming and parts of the Western Slope, Carrie developed a unique set of skills managing distressed residential properties. This included listing and selling REO properties for banks, auction homes and short sales for both buyers and sellers. Once the market shifted and foreclosure activity decreased throughout Colorado, Carrie settled into married life and started her family. She now has a four-year old son and a three-year old daughter. Due to drop in foreclosure activity, Carrie left her position at American Property Management but continued her career as a real estate broker.
Born and raised in Boulder County, Colorado, Carrie and her family of four found and fell in love with the North Fork Valley in June 2017. Since relocating to the area, getting established in the local community has been their priority. She has a passion for helping others as well as everything that comes along with the real estate business - analytics, personal relationships, and the endless stream of real estate business challenges.
Carrie joined RE/MAX Mountain West upon moving to the NFV in October 2017. Making the transition in her real estate business to a rural, mountain setting has been exciting and rewarding. Attention to detail and organization are her strengths. You can count on Carrie’s word as reliable, dependable and she will always strive to exceed expectations. Carrie is bi-lingual and earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Spanish Literature at the University of Colorado in Boulder.
