2009 Hall of Fame Achievement
Souvenir Ramdyal started working with RE/MAX in 1998. Specializing in residential homes, he has been providing Queens residents with comprehensive real estate services for 20 years as part of the RE/MAX System. "RE/MAX is at the top of the industry, and it is the only company I want to work for. RE/MAX is more professional than its competitors; agents have so much to gain from the RE/MAX System's expansive global network. RE/MAX is one of the most recognized brand names in the world, and clients and customers rely on RE/MAX agents because of the company's branding," said Ramdyal. Souvenir's key to maintaining a strong business is to always maintain contact with past clients and also never to turn down a referral. He advocates determination and patience in the business. "Real estate is a full-time job, and people should treat it as their profession. They may be in control of their own schedule, but you have to be on time, professionally dressed, and you have to account for your time every day. Being committed to putting in the hours and working hard to develop contacts and new listings is what pays off in the end," said Souvenir. Today, Souvenir sees the activity increasing in the Queens, Brooklyn and Long Island real estate market. With an influx of the new residents to the area, he has identified a large immigrant population constantly moving into the area, and they are motivated to buy homes and live the "American Dream." I believe that all people can realize their dream' if they put in the hard work needed to be successful. I would like to thank RE/MAX and all those who have supported me throughout my career." Souvenir have sold over seven hundred homes and have made the RE/MAX Hall of Fame achievement in 2009. He has a very large remark of satisfied clients, who continue to support and refer many customers to him.
