Is the realtor you are interviewing comepetitive or do they just expect the listing because you called? Is this person a closer? You'll get your answer whether you list with them or not. Does this person have your best interest or is it just another listing to them? Watch the realtor's reaction and demeanor while listening the question and then answering the question. These are all indications that can be pin pointed while weeding out the competition through an interview process. Remember realtors study the real estate market everyday. Take control of the interview by flipping the script and ask them questions.
