Heather Paukov grew up in Myrtle Beach, SC with a humble beginning and into a hard working blue collar family. Watching and helping her family as she was raised instilled in her a strong work ethic. Heather observed Myrtle Beach and the surrounding cities grow and flourish into the booming area it is today. This gave Heather the ability to know the area like the back of her hand.
Heather’s first job was scooping Italian ice on the famous 2nd Avenue Pier. Her understanding of customer service at such a young age has made it second nature to her when helping her real estate clients.
She graduated with honors from Myrtle Beach High School and was awarded a full academic scholarship. She then attended the Wall College Of Business at Coastal Carolina University where she graduated with a Bachelor degree in Business Administration and Marketing/Advertising.
Right out of college, Heather started a successful career in the timeshare industry. Her seven years of experience at the largest timeshare company in the world where she held a leadership role in the Sales/Marketing department made her an expert at negotiations. The skills and expertise she brought to her real estate career has allowed her to negotiate prices deemed impossible for many of her past clients leaving them satisfied and quick to recommend her.
Fast forward to today
Heather is a loving wife and proud mother of two. Her husband is the owner and General Contractor for the local custom home building company DVP Custom Inc. Together they have helped clients purchase their lot, then build a dream home in the most prestigious neighborhoods.
Heather was recently inducted into RE/MAX Southern Shores list of expert Realtors. She is proud to be apart of the most recognized real estate company.
