As a Tennessee and Texas licensed real estate agent, Jeff Riley has more than 19 years of property management, commercial, and residential sales and leasing experience.
In 2008, Jeff was awarded Rookie Sales Agent of the Year for the entire RE/MAX of Texas Region. This accomplishment was delivered along with the 100% Club Award and followed, in 2009, with the Executive Club Award. After only 8 short months with RE/MAX Professional Group, he had established a team of 5 Realtors and become a multi-million dollar producer. This achievement led Jeff to purchase a franchise and launch RE/MAX CityView in Houston, TX in September of 2008.
In addition to his helping clients buy and sell their homes, he has worked with many local, national and international companies in locating their next office, retail or industrial/flex space. In the past, and some currently, Jeff has had the pleasure of working with companies such as Exloc Instruments, Clear Channel Outdoor, Tarrantino Properties, Sonic Industries, Regenesis Bioremediation, Landmark Holdings, and many others.
Jeff’s extensive real estate experience consists of residential, multi-family, medical office, medical condo, industrial/flex, Class A office, farm & ranch, retail, investment and many types of income producing properties. And, as a licensed Property Tax Consultant and Licensed Real Estate Consultant, he has worked for clients in Tennessee, Texas, Louisiana and Oklahoma.
