I have been in Real Estate since 2001 after graduating from college with a degree in Sales and Marketing. I take my career very serious and my clients are the most important thing. In the era where customer service tends to be lacking I try my best to make sure all my clients feel as they are my only clients. Sellers will get the best possible internet marketing and exposure. I feel that photos are the most important thing a agent has to do next to pricing a home to get it to sell. With that I spend a great deal of time assisting in staging and de-cluttering a home prior to listing and putting the home on the market. This has given me a 97% list to sell ratio with a average under 45 days on the market for this year. For my buyers I always take the time to get them preapproved and figure out the best programs for them. I am very educated in the lending process and enjoy finding the right loan programs for them. Once decided on that I will set my buyers up on a custom search so they get NEW LISTINGS AUTOMATICALLY sent to there email as they become listed. This will prevent you missing out on the listings when they hit the market. In addition I have a partner and 2 other agents that assist in making sure all of our buyers are able to get out and see the listings ASAP. For both buyers and sellers I make it first priority daily to review your contracts so that we make sure closing is smooth as possible and try very hard to never let a deal fall apart and not close.
