Bridging broadcast to real estate... I know this community in a unique way! Let me share my unique perspective to help with y
After over two decades as a regional media persona and television news anchor, my zest for strategic marketing and growing up in a real estate family, has created a natural fit for this transition to
becoming a broker.
Coming from the world of broadcast, one of my greatest assets, to
buyers and sellers, is to listen and distill their needs. This results in unmatched communication during the process.
For years, viewers across the region invited me into their homes as a trusted source to deliver news.
Now, I use that background to weave compelling stories to market your house, or present the ideal property to a buyer.
At the root of my real estate practice is a fundamental desire to provide superior representation at every stage of the transaction.
My comprehensive marketing approach includes leveraging a vast social network presence, coupled with personally-guided video tours of properties filmed by an Emmy award-winning producer.
I enjoy both traditional and modern marketing strategies.
Originally from Los Angeles, I studied at a Cal State campus.
I am active in this wonderful community, volunteering for many charitable causes including The Dougy Center and Albertina Kerr. This resulted in an honorary knighting from Portland's Royal Rosarians for community-minded reporting and involvement.
I live in SW Portland with my husband and two teenage sons, who attend The Catlin Gabel School.
When not assisting clients, you will find me cheering them on, on the basketball court, tennis court or lacrosse field. We love to ski, travel, and go boating, always with our Goldendoodle, Bailey.
