raduated from University of Washington - Seattle, I started off my career in mortgage industry of my native country,China. Three years ago, moved to Houston starting my own family. I quickly started working again in mortgage Banking as loan officer.Why I wanted to be Realtor?Over past couple years, i found my love for real estate in all arena. Fluent in both English and Chinese, combined with my past work experience in lending institution really have put me in an advantage position as a Realtor. Especially when people are moving to Houston all around the world, according to Forbe.com between year 2015 to 2017 Houston has a 13.2% population growth. As someone has been through the process. I really care how they're welcomed because it's the first impression of our Houstonians. I love to get involved with my clients from culture exploration to professional services. What I can offer as a Realtor?We all know selling or purchasing a home can be one of the most signi?cant ?nancial and emotional decisions one will have to make. So before anything I LISTEN and take notes. Once I understand their goals and preferences, my job is to make real estate transactions as seamless, stress-free and successful as possible. I really strive to make every transaction a positive experience to be remembered. Beyond that, you can reply on my past experience with various loan cases and industry knowledge as we enter into the financial aspect of the transaction. I know how to communicate with a lender effectively, quickly without errors and mostly importantly make sure we close on time. What i can not control as a Realtor?Obstacles, surprises, hiccups, you name it. Things comes up in the process constantly, but together problems will be resolved.and as they say the bitter will just make the sweet sweeter.How i wanted to be remembered?I was once a new resident and gratefully i have group of friends and family that make me feel so welcomed.
