What makes Central Montana & Great Falls so unique?

Great Falls is in the heart of Big Sky Country. Wide open spaces, Gracious people, the Rocky Mountains, Malmstrom Air Force Base and the Mighty Missouri River. Great Falls is home to multiple waterfalls and the Rivers Edge Trail - a nearly 60 mile trail system for walking, biking and jogging along the Missouri River. Great Falls is also roughly halfway between our Country’s most beautiful parks: Glacier National Park to the north and Yellowstone National Park to the south. Montana is known for its mountains and Great Falls is surrounded by several ranges: the Highwoods, the Little and Big Belts and the Rocky Mountains to name a few. Take the scenic drive towards Helena Montana, and you will pass the quintessential fishing village of Craig. Next is Holter Lake, Hauser Lake and Montana’s third largest body of water - Canyon Ferry Lake. A 45 minute drive to the south east of Great Falls will take you to the Kings Hill area and Showdown - our local ski hill. All add up to year round fun of Boating, Fishing, Camping, Off Roading, Biking, Hiking, Hunting, Horseback Riding and Snowmobiling and the list goes on and on.

Did you know?

Markets are always driven by supply and demand. Even though Montana is huge, waterfront property in Central Montana is very limited and lakefront property is rapidly increasing in value. Also, Investment Rental Properties in Great Falls continue to steadily increase in value as well as monthly rents. The allure of Montana with people from all over the world and Malmstrom Air Force Base assures that demand stays steady. This means that Central Montana is a great place to make your real estate investment.
