Bill Rose Sales Experience
I have been in real estate sales for five years and joined the Re/Max Performance team in June of 2018. In a couple of years, I had made it to the Master's Club with many other top sales people.
My previous sales experience occurred organically years ago when I was married. We owned a Day Spa in the Bay Area and decided to start a natural body care product line that we developed with the assistance of a cosmetic chemist. The line was inspired from our own Day Spa services and with 40 professional staff giving advice on ingredients, usability and results. As it grew in popularity out our location, we promoted it through trade shows, websites, print advertising social media and sales calls to other Spas. I was travelling the trade show circuit 12 months out of the year doing sales. The line got picked up in many high end locations in the United States and in four other countries.
Some of my best sales experiences came from years of refereeing men's college basketball. Incidents would come up when selling tough calls to a coach or a player was critical in keeping game conditions under control.
When asked what I enjoy most about real estate-- it is the multitude of ways one has the opportunities to create long lasting friendships. My goal is to turn a relationship into a friendship based on trust thus creating a working partnership for future accomplishments. The main thing is not the sale, but the commitment to quality service providing a win-win situation for everyone.
