Bill is a lifelong Orange County resident that specializes in residential real estate. His clients describe him as hardworking, caring and patient. He truly cares about his clients and works around the clock, before, during and after the transaction to ensure that the client’s needs are met. Bill’s main objective is not to push you into buying or selling, but to provide you with the information, resources and honest feedback needed to help you make the best decision for you and your family. When you do decide that a move is right for you Bill will be there to walk you through each step of the process. Bill also strives to keep his clients up to date and to be readily available for any questions or concerns that you may have. With the internet being the most important tool for buying or selling real estate today Bill feels that it is important to keep current with new technology. He utilizes these new technologies with proven methods to market your home with the greatest exposure. He will provide you with strategies to sell your home quickly for the best price. Bill developed excellent customer service skills while working at AT&T for over 20 years. He managed small residential accounts and eventually large government accounts before taking a buyout to pursue his dream of working in real estate. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business management from Azusa Pacific University as well as certificates in other various fields of study. When not working Bill enjoys spending time with family. He has two sons, one a junior at Cypress High School and the other a Junior at Colorado State University. Together they enjoy fishing and camping in the Eastern Sierras and hiking local trails. Moving often takes place during stressful times, such as a job relocation, a death in the family or divorce; other times maybe upsizing or downsizing. Whatever the reason, Bill’s goal is to make your move as easy and stress free as possible, his greatest success comes from happy clients.
