Susan D. Schneider brings over 30 years of client relations, business expertise, and professional experience to her real estate career at ReMax.
Getting her Real Estate license in 2016 brought Susan’s background, experience and skills full circle, incorporating everything she knows and likes into one position. Her dedication, work ethic, strong negotiation skills, account management, attention to detail, and creating strong personal relationships has helped to bring her continued success throughout her career. She has always put her client’s needs first and will always do whatever it takes to get the job done.
Her skill set comes from her experience in different industries including, the Art Publishing industry, Sales Lead Generation and Database Management. Many of you in the Phoenix Metro area know Susan from when she was a business development director for the Arizona Small Business Association (ASBA). Many of her current connections, contacts and friendships were developed out of that position.

Born and bred in New York City, until moving to the Valley of the Sun 12 years ago, Susan enjoys the Arizona lifestyle: sun, fun, hiking, fitness, etc. She loves to cook, especially Italian food. She’s a fine art enthusiast, relishing trips to local galleries and museums. She’s also an animal lover and is a champion for many local charities and causes. Susan has served as the Membership Chair for Platform Scottsdale and has served on the Executive Committee for the American Diabetes Association’s B.A.D. Ride.
Susan lives in Scottsdale with her fun-loving husband Tony. She’s also a proud mom of her son Douglass who lives and works in New York City.
Susan holds a B.A. from Herbert H. Lehman College of the City University of New York in Speech & Theater and did graduate work in Communications at Fordham University.
