Mark has been a sales and marketing professional for over 20 years, having worked for high profile companies including Gallo Wine Company, Automatic Data Processing (ADP), and Gerber Scientific, Inc. in various capacities including direct sales, regional management, and corporate business consultation.
In 2006, he followed is heart and passion and began his career in real estate, a natural fit given his professional experience, strong communication skills, and desire to work with people, all with the focus of helping them make their dreams come true. Mark has always been guided by a strong set of core values which has been and remains a key component to his success. He states “I am always focused on ensuring the needs of my clients come first. My clients trust me because I am honest, I am straight forward, and they know I am going to do what is best for them. It’s not about selling a house and making a dollar. It’s about making sure we find the right home that fits their families’ needs, gives them a sense of security, and makes them smile.” Mark’s integrity and strong business acumen have helped shape his philosophy and the professional he is today. "I listen to my clients, we clearly define their goals, and I thoroughly walk my clients through the home selling / buying process step by step, and we take action. It’s all about my clients and what is right for them, in their time.”
Mark graduated from San Diego State University with Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and a minor in Real Estate. He is a Top Producer in Units Sold, Gross Dollar Volume, and member of the Master’s Club. In addition, Mark is a Certified Short Sale Specialist, and a member of the Sacramento Association of Realtors, California Association of Realtors, and National Association of Realtors.
On the importance of a balanced life, Mark stated, “I’ve been blessed with a wonderful wife and two amazing children and their support makes me a better person and professional.” When he has an occasional break from the real estate world, Mark spends his spare time working with the Alzheimer’s Association, golfing, coaching youth rugby, working in the garden, and taking an occasional excursion with family or friends to San Francisco, Tahoe, or Napa Valley. “I am very thankful and fortunate to have found a career I know has a positive impact on people.”
