Joseph "Joe" Leck is a full time RE/MAX Realtor with RE/MAX First Realty.
In 2004, while in high school, the Real Estate Industry caught his eye when his mother sold and bought a new house. Joe loved watching the interactions between the Real Estate Agent and his mom during the transition from the old house to our next home. Joe has been licensed since 2009 and over the next couple of years, learned about the industry, but it wasn't enough. He wanted MORE! While researching the Real Estate Industry, he came to find that he wanted to be a RE/MAX Agent. In 2011 an up and coming RE/MAX Realtor® needed a Licensed Assistant to grow their business. Within Joe's first full year of assisting in closing some of this agent's deals, this Realtor® became one of the top 5 producing RE/MAX Agents in the state of New Jersey. Through this experience, Joe grew as an agent and had a new self-confidence that he could do this on his own.
In 2013, Joe was offered a managerial position within RE/MAX, which he accepted, knowing he would gain more knowledge to be a better Realtor®. It wasn't long until Joe realized that he missed working one-on-one with people.
And that's how Joe Leck's career with RE/MAX began.
Joe is not your typical Real Estate Agent. He works closely with his clients, giving them all the appropriate time and focus to ensure that they find the perfect house that fits their expectations. His clients' needs come first. At the end of the day, his work is about finding the home that is best for each individual, so that they will be able to lay their head down comfortably at night in a place they are proud to call home.
His positive mindset and ambitious work ethic keep his business growing. Working as a young, yet experienced real estate professional allows him to provide services to his clients which produces results. Joe has multiple systems in place to provide consistency, which is extremely important in providing quality service to his clients; whether they are buying, selling, or renting.
