A full time realtor since 1986, I enjoyed watching the growth of the San Ramon Valley since 1971. Watching the Valley grow has allowed me to help clients with their real estate choices, whether it be buying their first home, their last home, investing, or relocating. Sellers can count on my experience in the industry to access the market and price and position their home to get top dollar.
I am a California Native and have spent a majority of my life in the San Ramon Valley. This allow me to help my clients choose a neighborhood and location that is just right for them. I know the schools, the parks and trails, sporting possibilities, restaurants, shops, hidden treasures in the area, and more.
As a property owner myself with investment properties, I can relate to individuals who want to purchase and rent the home. I can also help with 1031 exchanges, which is a unique quality that clients appreciate.
I specialize in the San Ramon Valley, Highways 4, 24,580, 680, but as a licensed Broker, have traveled throughout California representing buyers and sellers in multiple counties. I serve the Alamo, Danville, and Pleasanton communities and the Sunrise Community in San Ramon, a 55+ community. I also enjoy helping clients find properties in Martinez, especially those looking to purchase their first homes, and new construction homes.

I market and promote their property with an advertising campaign that is effective and strategic. My experience, knowledge and understanding of our area is critical to obtain the most advantageous price for our sellers and buyers. My background and education includes the University of Redlands, MBA 1981 and Armstrong College, Berkeley, BBA.
I specialized in Marketing and Economics which led the way to a successful career in Real Estate.
I am a member of both Alumni Associations.
I care about my community, belonging to several charitable organizations. As Vice President of Membership, American Association of University Women, I support Scholarship efforts awarded to women.
Beautification of our area is also important. As a long time Member of the Danville Alamo Garden Club, we raise money for reforestation and encourage increased knowledge of horticulture through lectures and travel throughout California. I am also a member Round Hill Garden Club.
I am a member of the Contra Costa Board of Realty since 1986, as well as the National Assocaition of Realtors and specialize in Rental Properties and Management.
