Bruce Arfsten has been an active Realtor in the Dallas, Texas area market since 1993. Working early on as a builder's sales rep for a home builder provided an outstanding education in the new construction aspect of the business. Working side by side with home buyers during the entire construction process was an enormous benefit, seeing the challenges faced by the builder while being the part of the support team for the buyer.
Since making the transition in 1996 to a traditional real estate office, Bruce has represented a multitude of both home buyers and sellers, dealing with resale properties and new construction. Clients have been widely varied, from first time buyers learning "the ropes" to veteran home sellers moving up to their next dream home, to the senior community downsizing after the nest has emptied. Each client is a new experience, always an education, as there is always more to learn.
Practical and classroom education has been a key to success over the years. Bruce is constantly keeping his eyes and ears open for opportunities to add to the knowledge base, whether through formal classes and seminars or exchanging ideas and experiences with fellow Realtors. The knife can always use a little sharpening.
Having a successful real estate business is impossible to do just working with one client at a time. But the goal for Bruce is to never have a client feel like they are unimportant, only a line on a page, or a name in a database. Each person is to be treated with honesty, respect, and the utmost care while managing the maze of details in each real estate transaction.
The overwhelming majority of Bruce's business comes by way of referrals from current and past clients. The referrals are the greatest compliment for a job well done and are immensely appreciated.
