West Covina Real Estate News
I began my working career as an apprentice in the construction industry as a member of the Sheet Metal Union Local 105. I installed air conditioning systems in some of the tallest and most complex buildings in downtown Los Angeles. I worked my way up the ranks to eventually becoming a foreman and running jobs from start to finish. I also became certified through the union in adjusting the air and water systems so that they are running at their peak energy efficiency.
This experience has helped me in Real Estate because I have a working knowledge of most every aspect of home construction. I can evaluate and advise my clients to assure them that they are making a prudent decision whether they are buying or selling a home.
I have been a Realtor since 1990. In 2001, I was involved in training newly licensed Realtor’s contracts and disclosure forms and how get started in the real estate business.
I have had the great pleasure of owning my own mortgage company and although I don’t do loans anymore, the time spent helping people obtain home loans has been an invaluable experience.
