Lauren Joyce has been with RE/MAX as a real estate agent since 2015. She has been working primarily with military and first time home buyers to help her clients build a better foundation for their family and their own future as they become a stronger presence in their communities. Lauren knows first hand what it is like to continually be uprooted every few years as she is an Army spouse, and has been living and supporting the military culture for over 6 years. Lauren believes being part of such a wonderful but challenging lifestyle has given her the skills to empathize with many different life situations, handle high stress, ability to multitask consistently, and learn how to prioritize and manage emotions.Lauren has earn the Military Relocation Professional certification to better serve her military clients, and continues to educate herself to provide the best experience for all her clients. Lauren loves to share life stories and submerse herself in her clients lives so as to gain their trust and build greater relationships with each person. Lauren's clients mean a great deal to her and she works very hard to help them avoid situations that could compromise their values. She is never shy of jokes and laughter, and hopes to bring energy to each transaction to help take away some of the stress of buying a home. Lauren was raised in Denver but eventually moved to North Carolina to be with her now husband as his military career was taking off. While living there for about 2 years she finished her degree in behavioral science from Metropolitan State University. Shortly after, the military moved Lauren and her husband to Georgia, where they lived for 4 years, and where Lauren began her real estate career. It was a true blessing when yet again the military relocated Lauren and her husband back to Colorado as they could be close to their family and friends. She has loved immersing herself in the Colorado Springs community while continuing to building her real estate business and balance her role in supporting our military.
