I decided to engage in the challenging career of real estate in "2001" after several careers of working within my love for helping others. Helping guide people through the stressful situations that can arise in real estate is in the nature of my professions. I enjoy helping my clients through the emotional roller coaster of purchasing real estate or selling a property.
As your real estate agent, I will provide you with the same kind of dedication, loyalty and expertise I, myself wanted to receive as a client. As a seller; and a buyer, I wanted an agent who understood my needs, had the experience, skills and required knowledge, and most importantly someone I trusted knowing that they would put my interests before theirs. As well, I wanted someone who had the dedicated time for me - to listen, guide, inform, present options, negotiate offers; and if need be, to hold my hand through any rough patches in the process of selling or buying. The diversity, complexity and level of compassion, empathy, trust and understanding that is needed is what brought me to real estate: I resolved to be this kind of agent. I left my career in management, activated my license and now practice what I preach.
What sets me apart in the way I handle my practice is that I provide the highest level of customer service by limiting the number of clients I have allowing me to give each one the time they deserve. I may not become a top producer but what’s more important to me is that I give all my clients 100% so that my listings will have the focus needed to sell them for the best price in the shortest time; and my buyers will have all the time they need to find the right home, for the right price without pressure. In the end, the values by which I choose to be defined are integrity, excellence, care, diligence and results!
