Bridging the Gap
Robert Janezic works with buyers and sellers all over the Greater Charlotte area. With diverse, but specialized skills from 10 years in Naval Engineering, 5 years in procurement and vendor management, and 5 years in Information Technology, Rob brings value to each and every real estate transaction for his clients and his family.
Rob is a state certified Real Estate Instructor. Rob feels he is helping to improve the real estate community by teaching new licensees what they need to know to serve and protect the public. While doing something he thoroughly enjoys, Rob finds he is also able to constantly stay on top of the current hot real estate topics and changes to North Carolina Real Estate Law.
Teaching is nothing new to Rob as he was qualified as a Navy Master Training Specialist, a qualification and distinction for professional Navy instructors. His first teaching experiences came as an Ensign aboard the USS Hartford (SSN 768), a fast attack nuclear submarine. Within weeks of stepping onboard, Rob was frequently called upon to lead engineering department training. Due to the rewarding results of these teaching experiences, Rob went on to instruct submarine tactics and leadership for the Naval Submarine School in Groton before serving another tour at sea with the USS LaJolla.
Rob graduated with honors from the State University of NY @ Buffalo and Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute with a Bachelors in Civil Engineering and a Master’s in Enivronmental Management prior to and while in the military. After earning one National Defense Medal, 4 Navy Achievement Medals and 1 Naval Commendation Medal, Rob moved on from military life and enjoyed 10 years with Cognex Vision Systems, Siebel Systems, Photocircuits, Bank of America, and Citizens Bank.
After over 30 residences throughout the US, Rob settled down in the best secret in the United States: Charlotte, NC. Here Rob found his passion in real estate sales, investing, and training. Rob is a resident of South Park with his wife Erin and two children, Connor and McKenzie.
