I'm a Forth Generation Lee County. I know the neighborhood well...
Prior to my becoming a Realtor in 1998, I spent time working as a Safety Consultant throughout North America. I did projects with such companies as Boeing in Seattle and General Motors in Detroit. I negotiated contracts with Exxon in Houston and Canadian Pacific Railroad in Vancouver, BC. I have made overnight trips to Anchorage just to answer questions concerning safety issues for the Alaska Railroad. I know the meaning of hard work and long hours. I know the importance of being organized. I know the time-saving value of telling the truth without hesitation. Before those years, I was a mechanical contractor. I was deeply involved in the construction of new homes and businesses as well as the renovation of older ones. Paying my dues for the experience and knowledge I gained during the first 30 years of my working career was both exciting and rewarding.
As a Realtor today in Southwest Florida, I have sold hundreds of properties since 2000. In addition, to my Real Estate Career, I was also elected Fire Commissioner (seat 5) by the Lee County Voters who live in the Matlacha/Pines Island Fire Control District in November 2006 and re-elected in 2010 and then again in 2014. I still hold that seat today and also serve as the districts, Chairman. I am a member of the Bokeelia Civic Association and was one of the three who founded that Association in 2002.
I mainly mention the things in the second paragraph in hopes that those who read this will know and understand how much I care
