My passion is in helping buyers develop a plan of their needs, and then helping them find a building that is not a money pit
Ronald “Ron” Cosentino has been involved in Architecture and the Construction Industry for more than three decades designing and managing commercial construction projects with budgets in the tens of millions of dollars in New York and Connecticut. After all these years working with clients and their buildings, in various industries such as public schools, office buildings, warehousing, Highway Maintenance Facilities, and sports facilities, he realized he could be a real asset for a buyer looking to purchase a commercial building. With his background, he will be an asset to any Buyer selecting a commercial building and site to meet their specific occupancy and spatial needs.
Ron and his wife, Fran recently moved to Tennessee and built a new home in Lebanon. They have seven children and thirteen grandchildren that live in California, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and New York. The move has been just wonderful for Ron and Fran - they love living in Tennessee.
Throughout all those years in Design and Construction, he has made his clients objectives, budgets, and schedules a priority. He sees the same opportunities in Real Estate to help buyers of commercial Real Estate make the right choice in a purchase, based on his on-site observations and sound advice. After researching Real Estate offices to affiliate with, he chose RE/MAX Fine Homes Commercial to start his new career.
