Andy Brown is the principle broker for RE/MAX Elite in Brentwood TN. RE/MAX Elite sold in 2011 to Carrie Zeier, former team leader for Brentwood's Keller Williams office. Andy believes in leadership through action and performance. This is one reason he still has a team of agents that sell real estate while still performing his management responsibilities. This move came after helping successfully build and market his former team to the #1 Listing and Selling ranking in Middle Tennessee for the last 8 years. The Ashton Real Estate Group has developed a broad based internet presence that has allowed them to compete on a national level with the major real estate chains.
Andy Brown started his career in real estate with The DeSelms Team in 2001 after purchasing his personal home through Terry DeSelms in 2000 and hearing Terry’s name on the Dave Ramsey show. Following an intensive training program under Terry, Andy took on the duties as Listing Manager and Trainer. Andy is an accredited buyer representative and earned the title of real estate broker in 2004. Each RE/MAX office is independently owned and operated.
