The knowledge Jeff has about the Bloomington real estate market, community, university, and industry are second to none. This coupled with 40 years of sales experience makes him an exceptionally knowledgeable and successful real estate broker. Jeff's family settled in Bloomington in 1821 and have been community leaders ever since. The fish on top of the Monroe County Courthouse was made and donated by Jeff’s great, great, great grandfather, Austin Seward, a prominent settler in Bloomington. Sharing his knowledge of the town, school systems, and neighborhoods helps clients understand why Bloomington is such a special place. Jeff is well known for giving detailed tours of Bloomington to new and old residents alike. One of his greatest joys is working with a diverse group of nationalities illustrating the excitement of purchasing or selling a home.
Jeff is a Life Member of the Indiana University Varsity Club, IU Alumni Association, First United Methodist Church, and the Bloomington Rotary Club. He serves on the annual Community Toy Drive with the Bloomington Board of Realtors, and is a Meals on Wheels volunteer. In his spare time, Jeff enjoys jogging, gardening, antiquing, and spending time with his grown children Meredith(husband Rickin) and triplet grandchildren Alex, Owen & Isabelle, son Nick and fiance Paloma. Pam, Jeff’s wife of 35+ years, is Senior Director of Development with the Kelley School of Business and the best wife ever!
