The "art" of buying or selling a home
I graduated from college with a degree in art, working as a graphic designer for many years, then becoming an art teacher while my kids were in school. I later worked in sales, managing an art gallery and frame shop in the years just prior to real estate. I love to create and paint in my spare time.
My background in real estate began in the 90's, when I had acquired over 13 investment/rental properties which I owned and managed for 15 years while I was a graphic designer and teacher.
In early 2015, I landed a job as an office assistant for a very productive and well known real estate office in Federal Hill, Baltimore. After nearly 3 years of working in real estate directly, many of my colleagues suggested that I go for the real estate license, so I did!
I made the leap from office assistant to realtor and have been working with buyers and sellers to successfully find homes and sell homes. I believe that every client is important no matter their budget. I have sold homes in the higher price ranges as well as the lower price range. I am a "people person" and a professional who cares about every deal that I enter into.
My art and real estate backgrounds have equipped me with a high attention to detail as well as an appreciation for construction, renovation and seeing the "diamond in the rough". I work with investors, finding houses for them and then selling the homes after renovation.
I take my role very seriously - I am helping people make the most important and expensive purchase of their lives. I take all measures to make the process as enjoyable and as smooth as possible!
