Caprice Little is a Realtor with RE/MAX Platinum Access. Born and raised in Florida, Caprice has always brought sunshine to every one she has met. Although Mrs. Little is new to real estate, she has had close ties to the industry. “Growing up, my parents always had a few properties which constantly intrigued me. I wanted to learn more about the business,” Caprice says. The experiences she has gained over the years has played a vital role in the success she plans to have in real estate.
Caprice graduated with a B.S. degree from Florida Agricultural & Mechanical University in Business Administration, and an M.S. degree from Florida State University in Integrated Marketing Communication. Caprice is a natural in sales. She has worked with AT&T as a Sales Manager, and led one of the top stores in the Fort Worth, Texas area. She has spent most of her adult life working in the recruiting industry where she was a Regional Recruiting Manager. From evaluating performance, to driving results and developing others, Mrs. Little has keen eye on how to match talent with skill, and understanding the needs of others, something that she feels is extremely important when it comes to real estate. The biggest lesson of them all for her was her never ending superior service to her staff, district managers, and her clients. Putting them first was continuously important to her; so important that those same relationships are still intact.
“I have never met a stranger”, Caprice says. Although new to real estate, Caprice is confident in her ability to connect and build relationships with people. She firmly believes that anyone can call themselves a realtor, but what sets her apart is the whole experience she creates for each client. Knowing that buying or selling a home is one of the biggest investments and decisions for her clients, she is dedicated to not only customizing each experience, but also educating her clients to help make their buying and selling experience a great one.
