Angela McCurdy has been a licensed real estate professional since 1995 specializing in residential home sales. Along with this, Angela is also experienced in corporate relocation, investment sales, REO and short sales. This combined effort has led to her becoming a multimillion producer in sales! Angela has a background in Communications with a Bachelor's degree from the University of South Florida. This helped to shape her ability to be a good listener and communicator and find her passion in life as a REALTOR. In addition to being a licensed real estate agent she is also a member of the Orlando Regional REALTOR Association, Midflorida Regional MLS, Credit Union Real Estate Certified and certified as a Corporate Relocation Specialist. Adding to her accomplishments Angela is a proud parent who helps volunteer her time with the local school system. This not only is rewarding for her, but also helps her relate to buyers and sellers who have questions pertaining to the local area.
Todd Schroth, licensed Florida Real Estate Agent, has been investing in homes since 1995, as well as selling and listing throughout the Central Florida area since 2000. A strong work ethic and willingness to expand his knowledge throughout the markets changes, have allowed him to become a top agent. When not engaged in real estate services Todd spends time with his family and is actively involved in the community. Important foundations to him are Team in Training Leukemia Lymphoma, Children's Miracle Network, and Habitat for Humanity.
Todd's Team consists of two full time buyers/sellers agents, Angela McCurdy and Kristin Vigie. Also, the team has three driven individuals for their administrative support staff. Esperanza Gonzales, our client care service coordinator, ensures all clients are handled with care from start to finish. Katie Ballinger, the closing coordinator and licensed agent, who takes each file from contract to close managing inspections, appraisals and having direct communication with lenders, title companies and the client. Rachel Tierney, the marketing coordinator and licensed agent, focuses on listing input, creative and proprietary marketing techniques including marketing property listings, taking property photos, creating advertising pieces and managing social media campaigns. Angie Schroth, the teams operations manager and licensed agent, provides assistance to where needed to support the whole team.
