I have been involved in a variety of personal Real Estate transactions since 1989: Buying and selling residential, rural, income properties, and vacant land. I love the energy, challenges and continuous change that the Real Estate industry provides.
I spent 15 years working for Yolo County in fiscal budget management and Property Tax preparation and reporting. My background consists of both accounting and Real Estate experience.
My desire to help people motivated me to obtain a Bachelor Degree in Social Service. This field of study focuses on helping people; ADVOCATE * MEDIATE * NEGOTIATE, remove barriers that get in the way, locate necessary resources to help my clients move forward, and provide my clients with honest and accurate information that is necessary to empower them to make decisions that they feel are in their own best interest. The Social Service field offered the perfect foundation for my Real Estate business.
I acquired my Realtor® license in 2009 and then my Broker Associate license in 2017. I have since expanded my education to become Probate Certified so I can assist sellers who need to liquidate Real Property through the Probate process.
Whether I’m helping buyers or sellers, I focus on providing the best possible customer service with honesty and integrity.
