About Me
The abiding principle of my real estate practice is to provide an excellent
client/customer experience. It is my belief that the only way real estate
can be transacted is with the highest standards of ethics and integrity.
Having grown up in a real estate household (my father was a broker), I gained
valuable experience in residential sales. After graduation from the University
at Albany, I commenced a career in real estate appraisal. Having worked as a
commercial appraiser in metro-NYC for several years, I entered the financial services
industry and served as a business relationship manager in banking.
Given my background and knowledge of the local market, I am equally qualified
to assist in the purchase and sale of residential homes, or analyze a commercial property
to ascertain it's investment potential.
When I am not in the office, I can usually be found playing Squash at the
Racquet Sports Club or the YMCA. My creative side comes out playing the fiddle at
one of the local Irish sessions or treading the boards as an actor with the Walpole Players.
Give me a call - we're just friends who have not yet met.
