About Me
Tricia was raised in the residential real estate industry, as her father was a local builder/developer in the Northern Virginia area. He also had developments and buildings in South Carolina, Delaware, and Maryland. She graduated from East Carolina University with a degree in Construction Management. Out of college, she pursued a career in project management, working for a local interior construction company. Several years later, Tricia recognized her passion for residential real estate and began a new career as a Realtor. Utilizing her fantastic communication skills, Tricia also started substitute teaching. As a twenty-four-year resident of Northern Virginia, Tricia is very familiar with the local real estate market. Her willingness to go the extra mile for her clients, both buyers and sellers, helps her to meet her goal of impeccable client satisfaction and seamless transaction processes.
