I graduated in June of 1994 with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Oakland University in Rochester Hills, MI and began my career with Electronic Data Systems (EDS), where I worked for 10 years as a Finance and Contract Manager in support of the General Motors and Delphi Accounts. Major responsibilities included executive customer relations, budget and forecasting, negotiating new/expired contracts and cost reduction activities.
For 7 years, I owned and operated a sales/full service marina and boat trailer manufacturing facility. Additionally, I have 10 years with property management experience as owner of multiple rental properties. In the midst of all these other ventures I managed to work 2 years part time with a Mortgage Broker as loan originator.
To further my personal growth, I decided to put my experience with customer relations, finance, and contracts into play with real estate. I attended Hondros College Real Estate Program in April 2009 and received my Ohio Real Estate License in May 2009. My knowledge of rental property management, finance and contract experience along with my negotiation skills are value added to my real estate clients. My previous experience as a loan originator adds to my ability to educate my clients as to the overall process of buying a home.
I joined the Jack Schroeder team upon being issued my real estate license. The Jack Schroeder team provides personal and professional service to each and every client with the goal of obtaining a relationship that goes beyond the purchase or sale of a home.
