Todd’s attributes include honesty , integrity and contract negotiation skills. He understands the North Idaho market and will spend time with you to define your real estate objectives and then timely follow up to your real estate needs. Todd specializes in Luxury homes, Waterfront and Commercial properties at RE/MAX and is not new to the real estate industry. He started this passion with remodeling . Then, he created his custom design plans and became a general contractor of his own waterfront home in Coeur d Alene, Idaho. After his first home became too small for his growing family, he built another luxury home next door with a much larger footprint! Todd showcases his homes on his website and uses a team of professional services including a photographer, staging companies, luxury home magazines and graphic designers to assist in marketing his clients' properties. Todd is a graduate of Eastern Washington University with a business degree in Marketing. The father of two children and married for 24 years, Todd and his wife Cheri have experienced Luxury Living on the waterfront in Coeur d Alene for the last 25 years. They also love their favorite local restaurants and like to check out the local music and neighborhood festivals.
